This project focused on building a complete brand and e-commerce platform from the ground up for an intimate wellness brand operating in a highly competitive and sensitive market. The goal was to create a cohesive visual identity and online store that communicates intimacy in a mature, respectful, and emotionally safe way – while supporting scalable online sales of both physical and digital products.

W miłości is a Polish e-commerce brand offering intimate wellness products alongside educational content designed to deepen awareness around intimacy, tenderness, emotional closeness, and self-connection. The brand promotes a mindful, empathetic, and respectful approach to relationships – both with a partner and with oneself.
In addition to a curated online store, W miłości provides e-books and educational resources that support personal growth, emotional openness, and healthy communication around intimacy and well-being.

Design Challenge
Building Trust and Differentiation in a Sensitive E-Commerce Market
The key challenge of this project was to design a brand and e-commerce experience that stands out in a highly competitive and often overstimulating market. Instead of relying on explicit imagery or shock-driven communication, the brand needed to express intimacy through subtlety, tenderness, and emotional safety.
At the same time, the visual identity and website had to build immediate trust, support conscious purchasing decisions, and communicate intimacy in a mature, respectful way. From a functional perspective, the platform also needed to support scalable e-commerce – allowing the brand to sell both physical products and digital educational content within a cohesive and user-friendly system.

A Thoughtfully Designed Brand and E-Commerce Experience
The project resulted in a complete and cohesive brand identity that communicates intimacy through softness, care, and emotional depth. A delicate logo based on the brand’s initials, subtle botanical motifs, and a refined color palette of beige, muted pink, and soft green tones established a calm, premium visual language aligned with the brand’s values.
Alongside the branding, I designed and developed a conversion-focused e-commerce website that balances clarity with emotional sensitivity. The store supports both physical and digital products, offering intuitive navigation, product filtering, and a seamless purchasing experience across devices. Custom hand-drawn icons further strengthen brand recognition and visual consistency.
As a result, W miłości gained a scalable foundation for long-term online growth. The brand can confidently sell products, share educational content, and build trust-based relationships with customers who resonate with its philosophy – positioning itself as a conscious, empathetic, and premium presence within the intimate wellness space.
