We begin with a structured foundation.

You receive a set of carefully designed materials that guide you through understanding your business on a deeper level – your ideal client, what you truly offer, what you value, and how you want your business to work.

Once completed, we meet online to go through everything together.

I ask questions, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic input, helping us define a clear direction for your brand based on what actually makes sense for your business.

2. Positioning

This is where we start building the foundation of your brand.

We define what you offer, who it’s for, and what problems you solve, shaping it based on research into what your clients are actually looking for, so it responds to real needs, not assumptions.

At this stage, we also shape how your brand is perceived – what it stands for, how it should feel, and how it positions you in the eyes of your clients.

Then we shape how it’s communicated – what matters, what needs to be said, and what your clients need to see to recognise the value.

Design doesn’t come in yet.

This stage is entirely about structure, how information is organised, and how your website guides your clients through it.

Step 3

3. Design

This is where everything we’ve defined starts to take shape.

I create your visual identity and develop the visual direction for your website, based on the foundation we’ve already built.

We refine how everything looks and how well it reflects your values, your goals, and how you want to be perceived.

Once the direction is established, I move into building your website.

You’ll receive a working version of the website to review, and we refine it further, making sure everything is aligned, clear, and ready to support your business.

Step 4

4. Refinement

This is where everything is brought to its final form.

We refine the details – how everything looks, feels, and works together, so the result is cohesive, polished, and complete.

At the same time, I optimise your website behind the scenes for performance, speed, and visibility, so it’s not only well-designed, but built to work properly.
