This project focused on creating a cohesive brand identity and professional website for a boutique law firm offering a wide range of legal services to individual and corporate clients. The goal was to design a clear, refined online presence that communicates expertise, reliability, and high professional standards-while supporting the long-term development of a strong personal legal brand.
The scope combined strategic branding with a functional website experience, ensuring that clients can easily understand the firm’s services, build confidence in its expertise, and book legal consultations online in a seamless and secure way.

PMN Legal is a boutique law firm based in Poznań, Poland, providing in-person legal services locally while supporting clients remotely across the country. The firm works with both individual and business clients, offering a broad range of legal services-from civil and family law, through banking and loan-related cases, to comprehensive business legal support, labor law, HR advisory, and executive compensation and incentive programs.
Given the scope and complexity of its services, PMN Legal required a brand and digital presence that clearly communicates professionalism, legal expertise, and trust, while remaining accessible and easy to navigate for prospective clients.

Creating a Refined and Trust-Driven Brand Presence for a Law Firm
The primary challenge of this project was to create a cohesive brand identity and website that clearly communicate the breadth and complexity of the firm’s legal services while maintaining a refined, minimalist aesthetic. The brand needed to convey professionalism, reliability, and expertise from the very first interaction-key factors in building trust within the legal industry.
In addition, the website had to support a wide range of services without overwhelming prospective clients. Presenting detailed legal offerings in a clear, structured, and approachable way was essential, as was designing an intuitive experience that allows users to easily book and pay for legal consultations online. Visually, the challenge was to translate high professional standards into a calm, elegant visual language based on neutral tones that subtly reinforce credibility and quality.

A Cohesive Brand and Website Designed to Communicate Trust and Expertise
The project resulted in a minimalist and timeless brand identity built around a monogram logo and a refined color palette of ecru, beige, and muted cool brown tones. Together, these elements create a calm and professional visual language aligned with the expectations of the legal industry.
The identity was applied consistently across key brand touchpoints, including business cards, branded stationery, and a professional email signature-supporting clarity and cohesion in everyday client communication.
Alongside the branding, I designed and developed a functional law firm website that clearly presents the firm’s services and values while enabling clients to book and pay for consultations online. As a result, PMN Legal gained a cohesive digital presence that strengthens credibility, supports trust, and functions as a practical tool for attracting and converting well-aligned clients.
