Once completed, we meet online to go through everything together.

I ask questions, challenge assumptions, and provide strategic input, helping us define a clear direction for your brand based on what actually makes sense for your business.

Positioning

This is where we start building the foundation of your brand.

We define what you offer, who it’s for, and what problems you solve, shaping it based on research into what your clients are actually looking for, so it responds to real needs, not assumptions.

At this stage, we also shape how your brand is perceived – what it stands for, how it should feel, and how it positions you in the eyes of your clients.

Then we shape how it’s communicated – what matters, what needs to be said, and what your clients need to see to recognise the value.

Design doesn’t come in yet.

This stage is entirely about structure, how information is organised, and how your website guides your clients through it.

Step 3

Design

This is where everything we’ve defined starts to take shape.

I create your visual identity and develop the visual direction for your website, based on the foundation we’ve already built.

We refine how everything looks and how well it reflects your values, your goals, and how you want to be perceived.

Once the direction is established, I move into building your website.

You’ll receive a working version of the website to review, and we refine it further, making sure everything is aligned, clear, and ready to support your business.

Step 4

Refinement

This is where everything is brought to its final form.

We refine the details – how everything looks, feels, and works together, so the result is cohesive, polished, and complete.

At the same time, I optimise your website behind the scenes for performance, speed, and visibility, so it’s not only well-designed, but built to work properly.

Yes – every project is formalised with a contract and a proper invoice before work begins. Everything is clearly documented from the start, so both sides are protected and you know exactly what you’re agreeing to.

The Prisma Brand Build typically takes 8–12 weeks depending on the scope. Before we begin, you’ll receive a full project schedule – a clear timeline of every stage so you always know what’s happening and when to expect each deliverable.

That said, the timeline is also shaped by how closely we work together. Clients who are responsive, engaged, and ready to provide feedback promptly often find the project moves faster – sometimes significantly so.

Yes – this is a substantial and complex project, so the process is structured accordingly.

A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot and begin the collaboration. The remaining balance is then split across the duration of the project – typically into 2–3 further payments, agreed upon at the start. This way the investment feels manageable without compromising the process.

Not at all – that’s part of what we work through together. You don’t need a perfect brief or a clear vision before we speak. You just need to know you’re ready to invest in building your brand properly. The rest we figure out through the process.

Yes – I work with clients internationally and have experience working with businesses from the UK, the US, the Philippines, and beyond. The entire process takes place online, from the discovery call through to the final handover. Time zone differences are always manageable and we’ll find a rhythm that works for both of us.
